Millinery, Handicrafts & Shoemaking

  • Millinery: Production and alteration of hats, fascinators, and elaborate headwear, as well as masks and historical head coverings from all eras and styles.
  • Handicrafts & Dyeing: Individual treatment of textile surfaces, artistic design, patination (aging effects), deceptively realistic material alterations, as well as dyeing fabrics, jewelry making, and mold making for animal heads and mascots.
  • Shoemaking & Leather Processing: Adjustments and alterations of footwear and bags, new production of various leather goods such as belts and leather accessories, production of animal and mascot feet, mold making for foot alterations.

Figurine Analysis & Model Discussion

From Design to Pattern.
Based on designs, costume designers’ figurines, or B2B specifications, patterns are developed, materials are defined, and precise body measurements are taken in-house or provided to us according to specifications.

Research, Ordering & Prototype Creation

Professionally Prepared.
Fabrics are selected, ordered, and cut in our workshops. For series or complex design requests, a prototype is first created to perfectly check the look, cut, and fit.

Custom Production in Our Studios & Fittings

A Masterpiece is Born.
All costume parts are handcrafted. During fittings, the fit on the body is perfected to guarantee maximum freedom of movement and the highest wearing comfort on stage or set.

Costume Painting, Patination, Millinery, Shoemaking

The Finishing Touch for the Perfect Look.
After completion in the tailoring workshops, the costume receives its final character and, if necessary, is further processed in handicrafts, artistically designed, patinated (artificially aged), and complemented with matching hats and accessories from millinery and shoemaking.
