CAD Construction

From sketch to digital blueprint.
Initially, the designs, plans, or wishes of the clients (set designers, architects, event agencies) are analyzed. Using CAD planning and feasibility studies, the idea is translated into precise, statically tested execution plans.

Samples & Prototyping

Material selection and approval.
Before main production begins, material samples, color samples, or 3D prototypes are created for complex special constructions. This guarantees B2B customers full planning security regarding optics, haptics, and function.

Manufacturing &
Master Craftsmanship

Craftsmanship as the core.
In manufacturing, precise carpentry, locksmith, and sculptural work, artistic painting, and upholstery work intertwine to achieve a result that meets the highest standards. CNC milling, 3D printing, and polyurea coatings complement the offering.

Workshop Pre-assembly &
Quality Assurance

Trial run across 5,600 sq m.
The individual elements are temporarily assembled in the assembly hall. Here, strict quality control, verification of all safety-relevant requirements (e.g., fire protection), and final acceptance take place.

Logistics, On-site Assembly
& Handover

On time on stage or at the event location.
The finished constructions are professionally packed, transported to their destination, and, if required, assembled on-site by specialists and handed over to the clients ready for operation.
