The House Rules of art + event | Theaterservice Graz

Preamble
These House Rules of Theaterservice Graz GmbH (hereinafter referred to as TSG) apply to employees and all external persons (“visitors”) who enter the premises of TSG. The corresponding addresses are as follows:
Persons within the meaning of these House Rules are therefore, in particular, employees, visitors, customers, contractors, and suppliers, including their employees and/or agents.
By entering the TSG premises, every person expressly submits to these House Rules in their currently valid version.
1. Authorization to Enter the Premises
Persons not employed by the company are only permitted to enter these TSG premises under the following conditions, restricted to the rooms intended for such purposes:
2. Bringing Dogs
Employees are generally not permitted to bring dogs into the operating rooms. Exceptions require prior written approval from the Managing Director (MD). Approval—for office areas only—may be granted in individual cases, provided that operational processes, safety regulations, and the interests of other employees and visitors are not affected.
External persons are prohibited from bringing dogs. Any dogs brought along must wear a muzzle.
In all cases, the dog owner bears full responsibility for the animal and must ensure that it does not cause any disruption, soiling, or danger.
3. Visitors on a Guided Tour
Persons participating in a guided tour are only permitted to enter the premises—with the exception of areas intended for general customer traffic—when accompanied by a designated TSG employee (tour guide).
The tour is conducted at the participant’s own risk.
A maximum of 20 people may participate in the tour; TSG tour guides reserve the right to exclude any number of persons exceeding this limit from the tour.
Persons participating in a tour of the workshops acknowledge that machines may be in operation in the workshop area, which could cause injury or fire damage. Therefore, a safe distance must always be maintained from the machines in the workshops, and touching the machines is expressly prohibited.
Entering areas where TSG employees are performing their work (work areas) is strictly prohibited in all cases.
The instructions of TSG staff, particularly those of the tour guides, must be followed at all times.
4. Cloakroom
If items of clothing, cell phones, or other objects are handed in or left at the on-site cloakroom, this is done at the owner’s own risk. TSG expressly excludes any liability for damage or theft.
Wet items and clothing that could otherwise soil the floor (umbrellas, rainwear, etc.) must be left at the cloakroom to avoid the risk of slipping caused by dripping water in the workshops.
5. Carrying Items
All visitors are prohibited from carrying the following items:
During guided tours, tour guides have the right to perform checks at their own discretion, including bag checks, to ensure compliance with this provision.
If a check is refused, the tour guides have the right to deny entry to the respective visitors or to remove them from the TSG premises.
6. Smoking Ban
Smoking is generally prohibited on TSG premises.
TSG may designate legally permitted smoking areas for specific occasions within the scope of legal possibilities.
7. Lost – Forgotten – Found
Lost and forgotten items found by TSG employees will be handed over by TSG to the City of Graz lost and found office.
8. Escape Routes
All escape routes and emergency exits must be kept clear of obstacles at all times. Fire extinguishers, escape route signs, and safety equipment must not be obstructed.
In the event of fire or danger, instructions regarding behavior and evacuation must be followed. The premises must be vacated immediately via the marked escape routes, quickly and without obstructing others, and without stopping to collect items from the cloakroom.
9. Image, Sound, and Audiovisual Recordings
It is expressly pointed out that taking photos or videos of objects located in the workshop or rental areas (in particular plans or sketches) is strictly prohibited.
Photos are only permitted in exceptional cases with the express permission of TSG employees.
If third parties become part of the recording, it is the responsibility of the person making the recording to obtain the necessary consent from the affected third parties. In this regard, the person making the recording shall hold TSG completely harmless and indemnified.

11. Banning from the Premises
Persons who violate these House Rules or fail to follow the instructions of TSG employees may be required to leave the TSG premises, without prejudice to further legal steps. If necessary, TSG may issue a temporary or permanent ban from the premises.
